Is there anything special about artwork requirements ? |

You can send us your ready artwork via e-mail or courier service shipper us the disk. When using files created in free hand, Illustrator and Corel, please convert all type to outlines, cures or paths. On your artwork, please specific the size label, number of color weaving and the finished label. |

How many your minimum order ? |

Minimum invoiced order is $ 100 USD. Woven label minimum is 500 dozen and hang tag is 5,000 pieces per each design. |

How accurate is your fold in the middle of the label ? |

We have high quality cutting machine. Also we can do woven labels depending on where you put it on your garment. We can fold it on both ends [ end fold ] looped
[center fold] miter fold [manhattan fold ] and finished on all sides [ nofold].Moreover, we can just produce your labels on a roll. |

Our label is to be sewn into t-shirts, what is the difference between taffeta, satin and damask, which would be the best quality for our design ? |

The differences between taffeta, satin, damask are following as below. Please note that you can find more details in our web site. Then you can see pictures and can compare the quality. Taffeta woven label is general woven labels. The quality is simple. Satin woven label is shiny label. The quality is more than taffeta label.
Damask woven label is the best woven label because it is more beautiful and high quality. We think your label should be damask woven label because it has more details and has three colors weaving. If this label weave in taffeta ,it looks thick and not tight enough. |

We are interested in good quality of label, cutting and folding is there anything else we should consider ? |

You should consider labels about where you want to put them. The type of weaving controls the amont of detail you want to achieve in your labels. For simple design we can weave your labels single shuttle and for more details design we recommend damask or up ground. |

Please tell us about ultrasonic cutting ? |
| |
For you that require woven label with tight tolerances or edges softer than can be slit on the loom, we offer our ultra-soft broadloom woven labels. The woven are on the loom. Anyway, they are slit off -loom.
The edge are not sealed by running along a hot wire [ essentially melting the polyester fibers];therefore, they tend to be softer than the labels slit on the loom. Sourcharge are nominal so many of our existing customers find the ultra -sonic soft labels well wort the additional cost. |
